In December, the Guide Dog Puppy Raisers met with people who were blind and had working dogs.
It was great to actually interact with people whose lives were changed by having a guide dog.
Dr. Wade, her husband and Tam sat a table with a woman who was both an opera singer and voice teacher.
She has traveled through Europe performing with the help of her guide dog.
It was wonderful to learn about the daily lives of someone who is vision impaired and leads a full life that is even more enriched with a trained Guide Dog.
