Soraya joins NHAH as a veterinary operations leader and Human Resources professional who has built her career in clinical and pet care settings since 2018. She has developed a strong foundation in patient care, client service, and hospital operations through hands-on experience in fast-paced veterinary environments. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, which complements her real-world experience by strengthening her approach to team development, communication, and workplace culture. Soraya brings a strong understanding of the demands of veterinary medicine, including the importance of efficiency, clear communication, and maintaining a high standard of care in high-pressure settings. She has led multi-department teams, focusing on strengthening staff performance, improving workflow, and supporting positive client experiences. Driven by a genuine passion for animal care, Soraya is committed to building teams that deliver compassionate, reliable, and high-quality care at every level of the client and patient experience. Outside of work, Soraya has a special place in her heart for senior pets and is especially passionate about caring for small, scrappy Chihuahuas who need a little extra love.
